Apple Chips

Ingredients
3 large sweet, crispy apples
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Salt to taste
Directions
- Clean apples and slice thin into 1/8 inch thick long round slices. Thoroughly pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix all other ingredients together and djust seasoning to taste.
- Toss the apple slices in the seasoning and coat evenly.
- Preheat the Birkeshire Air Fryer to 200°C. Place the slices in a single layer without overcrowding in the air fryer. Cook in 2-3 batches if necessary.
- Set the timer to 4 minutes, and cook until slightly brown.
- Turn the slices over in the fryerand cook for another 4 minutes until golden brown, or longer for darker, crispier results.
- Carefully remove the chips from the air fryer. They will continue to crisp during cooling. Serve plain or with dips and accompaniments of choice.
