Potato Wedges
Prep Time: 20 min | Cook Time: 15 min | Servings: 2
Ingredients
2 medium peeled potatoes
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Clean potatoes and cut into 6-8 wedges each. Soak in water for 15 minutes.
- Mix all other ingredients together and djust seasoning to taste.
- Drain the potato wedges and thoroughly pat dry. Then toss in the seasoning and coat evenly.
- Preheat the Birkeshire Air Fryer to 200°C. Place the wedges without overcrowding in the air fryer. Cook in 2 batches if necessary.
- Set the timer to 8 minutes, and cook until slightly brown.
- Turn the wedges over in the fryerand cook for another 7 minutes until golden brown, or longer for darker, crispier results.
- Carefully remove the wedges from the air fryer. Garnish and serve with dipping sauce of choice.
