Spicy BBQ Wings

Ingredients
6 pcs chicken wings
1 Tbsp smoked paprika powder
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp melted butter
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Clean chicken wings and pat dry.
- Mix all other ingredients together to form a paste. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Rub the marinade onto wings, then cover and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Birkeshire Air Fryer to 200°C. Place the marinated wings in the air fryer and set the timer to 10 minutes. Cook until the wings are brown.
- Then turn the wings over in the pan, lower the temperature to 160°C and cook for another 15-20 minutes until done.
- Check for doneness with a fork or food thermometer.
- Carefully remove the drumsticks from the air fryer. Serve with salad, corn, potatoes or bread of choice.
