Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
2 medium peeled sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Clean sweet potatoes and thoroughly pat dry. Cut into 1/4 inch thick long slices.
- Mix all other ingredients together and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Toss the sweet potato slices in the seasoning and coat evenly.
- Preheat the Birkeshire Air Fryer to 200°C. Place the slices in a single layer without overcrowding in the air fryer. Cook in 2 batches if necessary.
- Set the timer to 5 minutes, and cook until slightly brown.
- Turn the slices over in the fryerand cook for another 5 minutes until done, or longer for darker, crispier results.
- Carefully remove the fries from the air fryer. Garnish and serve with dipping sauce of choice.
